- Benchmark is a stainless steel rod driven soft to refusal surrounded by a concrete kickblock 6" PVC pipe with metal cap stamped "9770 D 2002". The mark is 0.85 meters east (80 degrees) of a utility pole with 3 transformers on top and across the street from Frankie's Bait stand and 13.8 meters west (260 degrees) of centerline of same road.
