- The bench mark is set in the top of a concrete monument at the Port Isabel turning basin, approximately half way between the water tower and the abandoned oil dock, 83.8 m (275 ft) east of the centerline of Port Road, 45.4 m (149 ft) south of the centerline of a paved road running east - west, and 9.4 m (31 ft) east of a witness post.
