Description
TBM Aquatrak leveling point (NEW) To reach tide station from Hwy 358 in Corpus Christi, TX, follow 358 east to its end, where it becomes Park Road 22. Follow Park Road 22 over the JFK Causeway and turn east at the main entrance to Padre Balli Park. The tide station is located on the offshore end of Bob Hall Pier, on an elevated platform separated from the public area of the pier by a locked gate. The mark is the existing or old aquatrak leveling point. The stilling well is located approximately 1m (3.3ft) north of the gauge enclosure on the north face of an elevated concrete platform in the NW inside corner formed by the main pier and the short north/south section at the offshore end of the pier.
