IOOS stuff

Talked to John Ulmer at the NOAA Coastal Services Center about providing IOOS with our data directly. IOOS is spoonsored by NOAA CSC, Southeastern Universities Research Association and a canadian company called DM Solutions.

At some point we should apply for some grant money http://www.csc.noaa.gov/funding/CSCgrant.html
