Download the CBI CA certificate here: http://meridian.tamucc.edu/cbi-ca.crt

In Firefox:

  1. Check all three check boxes under:
    Do you want to trust "CBI Certificate Authority" for the following purposes?
  2. Click OK

Windows XP, Internet Explorer:

  1. Click Open -> Install Certificate...
  2. Click Next through the import wizard and then click Finish.
  3. Click Yes when it asks if you want to install.

Windows Vista, Internet Explorer:

  1. Click Open -> Install Certificate...
  2. Click Next through the import wizard and then click Finish.
  3. Click Yes when it asks if you want to install.
  4. In the Certificate Import Wizard, select the "Place all certificates in the following store" option and select "Trusted Root Certification Authorities".
  5. If a Security Warning dialog window pops up, click "Yes".

Safari on a Mac:

You will now be able to access all CBI/DNR secure sites without it complaining about certificates.
