If your Active Directory password has not yet expired, you can login to Outlook (opens in new window) and change it yourself. View instructions (77K PDF).
Alternately, you can reset your Active Directory password and automatically generate a new password. If your password has already expired, you have to reset your password.
If your campus email is being retrieved into your lighthouse account, don't forget to update fetchmail.
